As the less fortunate endure the hardships of wintry cold, some may dream a knight in shining armour, who will offer some comfort.
That was exactly what the Round Table Ncandu 86 did last Friday evening.
Round Tablers gathered at Newcastle Mall to promote the 11th annual Winter Knights of Round Table campaign.
The campaign entails the community to assist Round Tablers in collecting food, clothes, shoes and blankets for those who are not able to afford these commodities we often take for granted.
Through residents’ generosity, Round Table Ncandu 86 will be able to alleviate the plight of the destitute and needy.
