Ladysmith police are appealing to the public to assist them in locating Mr Rais Ahmed, who has been reported missing.

On Thursday, July 9, Mr Ahmed left home for work and never returned.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

Mr Ahmed is described as being 1.5 m tall, with black and grey, curly, medium-length hair. He has black eyes and wore a beard and moustache.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing grey trousers, a green T-shirt, a black jacket and black takkies.

If you have seen or know the whereabouts of Mr Ahmed, you are requested to contact investigating officer Constable Langa of Ladysmith SAPS on 036-638-3353 (during office hours) or 072-042-7227.
