The 13-year-old's parents told police a window had been left open.

13-year-old Siphokazi Noluthando Mavuso, in her Grade 8 year at Dundee High School, was last seen on July 25 (Saturday) by her parents.

According to the NKZN Courier, she went to bed at about 11.30pm on that night.

Details relayed from Siphokazi’s parents to SAPS sources, suggested the teen left the house through a window, and might have gone to meet a boyfriend.

Siphokazi hails from Lindelani Section in the Dundee area.

Spokesman for Dundee SAPS, Captain Veli Mbense appealed to anyone with information to come forward or call the offices on 034 299 9700.
