Taxi association sponsors 105 school uniforms
34 different schools were earmarked and deserving students identified
It is not always easy for students from an underprivileged background to continue their schooling career with a full uniform. The Estcourt District Taxi Association gathered at the town hall on Tuesday, July 28 to assist by providing 105 students from various schools with a set of full school uniform.
34 different schools were earmarked and deserving students identified.
The school and the parents of the learners are thankful to the taxi association. Mr V Cele from the Estcourt and District Taxi Association is hopeful that in the near future more students can be assisted.
After all the formalities were completed lunch was served.
