A roadworks machine crashed into a municipal bakkie this afternoon in Egerton Road.
Workers were busy with construction in the area when the collision took place.
It is alleged that the machine’s brakes failed.
Public Safety officers controlled traffic while the scene was being cleared.
No injuries were reported.
