What is Newcastle’s most dangerous road?

The results, according to the percentage of votes, are as follows:
– N11 Waterside: 21 per cent.
– Albert Wessels Drive and Victoria Road: 14 per cent.
– R34 Memel and ‘other’: 11 per cent.
– Allen Street: 10 per cent.
– Hardwick Street: seven per cent.
– Drakenberg Road, FW Beyers Avenue, and Paterson Street: five per cent.
– The intersection of Hardwick and Van Der Bijl streets: three per cent.
The majority of readers are steadfast in their belief the N11 near Waterside Wimpy is the most dangerous local road.

“there is no dangerous roads in newcastle, just dangerous drivers…and then the total idiots behind a steering wheel,” – Francois Cloete.
“Victoria road is becoming one of the most dangerous roads in Newcastle. People think its ok to race there. Speed humps wouldnt be such a bad idea on that road,” – Samu-Siwe Makhanye.
“Allen street from the showgrounds to Drakensberg rd. The people made their own roads from La Brie and the Majuba College, Trying to enter Allen street from those roads is extremely dangerous.
