IN THE continued efforts of the Nardini Convent School to create a harmonious environment, another fun day was created to remind them and the whole community that, although we live in troubled times, the children still have the right to happiness.

Although it was an external act, it seeks to create an internal confidence in children and a motivation that instils in them the spirit to fight fear and spread joy.
It was a day that nobody wanted to see end, well, at least not the children. There stood gigantic structures everywhere, foam and screams were the order of the day and it all happened right here in Vryheid.

The Nardini Convent School hosted their annual Inflatables Fun Day and it was a day to remember. There was a climbing slide, jumping castles, floor slides, a ‘haunted’ castle and more inflatables that gave the children nothing but fun. It brought real joy to the heart to hear the children laugh and have fun. The energy in the place was enough to light up the whole of South Africa (take note Eskom).
It is these events that remind us what it means to be carefree and unhindered by life’s difficulties.
