South Africas travelling regulations is impacting on tourism

Tourists from the UK who spoke to the Courier in Dundee said getting here with children was a nightmare because of the red tape.

South Africa’s strict child travelling around are impacting heavily on tourism , despite constant denials by the authorities.  And the Battlefields regionsnis also losing out as visitors to our world famous sites plummets after the highest of 2009.

In one case a family holiday was ruined for a Manchester child.

 Children need full birth certificates when travelling to this country and tourists manynof whom have been turned away at UK airports because of the South African regulations, are simply opting for other destinations rahter than go through the hassle and in some cases humiliation.
