The Department of Social Development organised a great holiday program for the youth sport teams at Eastmine-Ngenetsheni area.
Teams were invited to participate in netball and soccer over two days, with the final taking place at kwaNgenetsheni Sports Ground. The winning team (pictured above) is The Superbase of Eastmine area, who received medals, jerseys and a netball, with their Team Manager, Mrs Ndebele and Coach, Mrs SP Radebe.
The co-ordinator of the event was Mr Siyaya from Ngotshe Welfare Office, whose main aim was to encourage sport instead of crime among the youth.
The winning soccer team was Juventus Football Team from kwaNgenetsheni, who received medals, jerseys and a soccer ball.
