Teenager raped repeatedly at gunpoint

An 18-year-old girl was raped by two men at gunpoint in her home in Lindelani after four men gained entrance through the front door on February 15 at 4am.

According to the police, the residents checked that all windows and doors were locked before they went to sleep.
The following items were also stolen: three cellphones (Nokia 1100, Nokia Asha and a Samsung Trend), a flat screen TV (Hisense 32cm and remote control) and a lady’s watch.
A case of house robbery and rape is under investigation.
No arrests have been made.
Communication Officer, Captain Mbense has appealed to the community to contact the police on 034 299 9700 with any information.
“Anyone found in possession of the stolen goods will be charged with the same offence,” said Captain Mbense.
For example, if you are found in possession of the above mentioned items, you will be charged with house robbery and rape.
