So why did the cow cross Fouche Street?
Was the cow looking for Father Christmas?

First chickens did it. Then dogs. Now people do it all over the place in Dundee – especially when the ‘little red man’ is shining on the traffic light. Mysteriously, when the ‘little green man’ flashes, people tend to stop.
Goats have also known to do it. And in Germiston zebras do it occasionally – which is quite appropriate if it is zebra crossing.
However, cows have now taken to this habit of crossing roads. Especially on Fouche Street in Strathmore Park. Now, it is unclear what this bovine was wanting. Perhaps she was looking for the Round Table elves and Father Christmas who this morning withstood blazing heat to deliver presents.
Maybe she heard that there were reindeer around and these could be long-lost cousins of said cow. Whatever the case, the cow crossed the road and no one is the wiser.
