Christians march against crime and divorce

Police and Public Safety were present to make sure the marchers were safe

Christians from different churches in Ladysmith staged a small march on Saturday morning (December 10).

The march was against crime and divorce, and to spread awareness of issues we face in our lives.

People held up placards to further drive home their message, determined that their prayers get answered.

One woman told the Ladysmith Gazette journalists that they are all praying for change in Ladysmith and that crime will stop for good.

Police and Public Safety were present to make sure the marchers were safe.

The march started at the top of Murchison Street and ended at Settlers Park, where a prayer meeting took place.
