Matriculants of St Oswald’s Secondary School received an overall pass rate of 78 per cent in 2016.
Principal of the school, Doctor N. Singh said hard work and dedication from learners would cement their future.
He wished all matriculants well in their future endeavours and thanked the teachers, parents and well-wishers for their support.
Top matriculant of the school, Langelihle Guliwe said: “Study everyday as if you are writing your final exam tomorrow. Forget about dating, watching TV and social networks. To those who did not make it, trust me, it is not the end of the world.”
