A dream coming true for Drakensberg Secondary

The hall is serving its purpose by housing learners during co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Excitement is growing at Drakensberg Secondary School. The learners, staff and management are keen to see the completion of the school hall.

Although in the first phases of construction, the hall is serving its purpose by housing learners during co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Thus far, the steel structure and roof has been sponsored by the Divine Life Society of South Africa and this has given the project an immense boost. At present, the school is embarking on fundraising drives to fund the completion of the hall.

“An appeal is made to business houses and ex-learners to assist with sponsorship regarding bricks, plumbing and electrical fittings,” said Principal Sundeep Sewlal.

If you can assist, please call the school on 036 352 5146.
