Ntombeningi Thembelihle Mthembu, aged 25, was last seen in Esikhaleni in Roosboom, Ladysmith, when she left home to go into town on September 10 last year.
Ntombeningi is of average build and about 1.3 m tall.

She had short hair at the time of her disappearance and was wearing a bright floral dress with white shoes.
