
MBABANE – Two Eskom technicians were robbed at gunpoint while they were fixing electrical wires at Mbabane farm at about 8.30pm on December 14, 2016,
About seven men demanded cash from the victims and robbed them of their cellphones and wallets. They forced the victims into the back of their van and drove to a deserted veld.
There the suspects demanded their bank pins. The perpetrators abandoned the victims near Lista farm and fled the scene in another vehicle. The suspects managed to withdraw about R9 000 from one of the victim’s bank accounts.
