Just when residents of Aloe Park and surrounding areas thought their water woes were over for the day, their taps ran dry again. Water returned for only a short period of time and then went off, much to everyone’s frustration.
According to uThukela, they had four power interruptions at the Ezakheni Water Treatment Plant today (April 9), which aggravated the situation.

They are up and running for now, and water will be flowing through the system shortly.
uThukela are hoping they don’t experience any further interruptions.
