Watch: Ladysmith residents left without water once again…

People have been battling without water this whole weekend and many people is fuming in how unreliable uThukela is by not dispatching a water tanker to help those effected.

Many people are without water once again this morning (April 10) in Aloe Park and surrounding areas.

It is unclear at this stage when water will be back, as we are waiting for comment from uThukela.

Water returned to taps on Sunday afternoon for only half an hour, and then stopped again.

“I have been stuck without water from Friday night. We understood that they were  experiencing problems at the Abattoir Hill booster pump station, but why take so long to fix this problem?” said a frustrated Mr Singh.
