Motorists parking their vehicles at a local shopping centre in the Hospital Park area are warned to be aware of vehicle alarm jamming.
A concerned member of the public says that on Sunday (April 9), four motorists were targeted, as their vehicle alarms were jammed and they could not get them to go off.

The community member said that four males apparently disguised as workers for a shop at the centre are suspected to be the perpetrators.
She believes they jam the alarm systems to try and steal people’s cars.
Motorists are warned to be on the lookout and also check if their alarm system is working properly before leaving their car to go shopping.
