A 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged for having a firearm without a license.
Cst BB Mavuso was following up on information received about the robbery at OK Foods, Dannhauser, when he made the arrest.

The information led him to a homestead, where it was alleged that one of the men was hiding.
The man was not found at the homestead, however, when police searched the house, they found one pistol.
The homeowner failed to produce the license when asked and was subsequently arrested. Investigations continue.
