Tugela High School was overwhelmed by joy when Rotary Newcastle donated two wheelchairs to two of their learners recently.
Tugela High School was overwhelmed by joy when Rotary Newcastle donated two wheelchairs to two of their learners recently.
The school thanked Zanie Meyer for initiating the projects and also thanked Newcastle Rotary for the much needed donation.
