Taxi drivers have blocked off the Helpmekaar Road after taxis that have no permits were confiscated.
Taxis from Uitvaal, Umhlumayo and Ezakheni were taken away, as they have no permit to be on the road. The remainder of the taxi drivers are now protesting against the confiscation.

Drivers blocked off the road to Ezakheni at the Pieters turn-off and are now at the Limit Hill robots.
Motorists are warned to stay clear.
