On May 6, ML Sultan Primary School officially launched its chess club and hosted a chess tournament for the learners. Led by Ms B Lakhan and Mrs M Mansingh, the club meets regularly to learn and play.
An executive committee was also selected, and all the learners received badges and certificates.
The committee would like to thank all the learners, parents, SGB members and educators who helped and were present.
The function was a huge success and everyone enjoyed the morning.
