#VryheidFarmAttack – One suspect apprehended in Dagane farm attack
The suspect, in his mid-thirties, made his first court appearance last Monday and his second appearance on Tuesday, where a Legal Aid attorney was appointed to the case. Investigations will continue and the police anticipate more arrests in the near future.

Thorough investigation into the recent farm attack at Dagane Farm just outside Vryheid, by Captain Attie Engelbrecht and his team, as well as the support of the community, recently led to the arrest of a former employee of Dagane Farm.
The suspect was arrested in the area on May 11, in connection with the savage attack on the Brooks family home, for which the motive was alleged to be robbery.
