Another ‘Blackdevil’ gang member is behind bars

Both wounds found on the victim’s body were on his back and indicated that he had been running away when he was shot.

SECOND member of the ‘Blackdevil’ group, Linda Maluleka, has been sentenced to 15 years in jail.

The man is said to have been in possession of an unlicensed firearm with which he committed murder.

The prosecutor in the case pointed out that, despite having been deprived of the right to carry a firearm, Mr Maluleka was found to have shot a man.

He also made a note of how Maluleka and two other members of the ‘Blackdevil’ group escaped imprisonment. With that being said, the prosecutor concluded by saying that Maluleka was indeed a very dangerous criminal who needed to pay for killing an innocent man.

Maluleka gave no reason as to why he shot the man.
