Project Life, a school that caters for children with therapeutic and rehabilitation needs who suffer from learning disorders or physical disabilities, has been busy learning new things.

They have been busy with outdoor education, and the Skills and Training Education group have been sewing, making pen holders, shelves and bag hangers.

The learners are excited to be working on these projects. The students also visited Wagendrift Dam earlier this month before the cold crept in. Project Life also recently launched their official school uniform and welcomed two new learners at the school.

One learner has Dandy Walker, which is a congenital brain malformation involving the cerebellum (an area at the back of the brain that controls movement) and one learner with bilateral/cortical blindness. From one autistic learner, the school now has nine.
