A gruesome scene awaited residents of Amajuba Park, when they stumbled upon a dead body on May 30.
SAPS Corporate Communications and Liaison Officer, Lizzy Arumugam said the body was found at the Old Iscor Stadium.
“The man was a 48-year-old and was found lying face down in water.”
While it is not yet determined if this was a murder, a case of inquest is being investigated.
Arumugam said the deceased was identified, and his relatives informed.
