On June 17, the Drakensberg Boys Choir School entertained bystanders at the Pick n Pay in the Pavilion Shopping Mall.
Mr Nolan Logan, Public Relations Manager of Pick n Pay and Belinda Espag, Marketing Manager of the Drakensberg Boys Choir School, decided to celebrate the golden jubilees together.
Pick n Pay was going to hand over a cheque of R15 000 but then increased it to R20 000.
The Drakensberg Boys Choir School wants to thank Pick n Pay for the donation. The school looks forward to combining more events in an effort to stay true to Ubuntu.
