St Dominic’s Newcastle hosted the Newcastle Inter-School Cross Country meeting at its grounds on August 2.
The home team did exceptionally well, with all runners completing the course.
The following St Dominic’s runners received medals:
Foundation Phase
Of the under-7 athletes, Robyn Glutz and Divan Swart placed in second, while Liam Joubert achieved a third place.
In the under-8 division, Senze Shezi came in first, while Khwezi Zwane ended in second.
Jessica Hoatson claimed first place in the under-9 category, and Jane Glutz ended in second place.
Senior Primary Phase
Tanita Fernandes ended third in the under-14 division.
