Not sure what to do with bags of broccoli? Here are 5 ways to enjoy broccoli:

1. Soups -Make your soups mean something, adding broccoli and other vegetables to soups adds nutrition, flavour and texture, resulting in a satisfying dish.

2. Right out of the bag – Raw broccoli is great for snacking, dipping or munching when you’re bored. It also adds a little crunch to green and fruit salads.

3. Steam it – Steaming locks in nutrition and colour, so your plate looks as good as it is for you.

4. Perfect in pasta – Blanche broccoli florets tossed with a little olive oil and add to any pasta, makes for a fulfilling meal.

5. Bake it – Anytime you’re considering frying…chances are you can bake it instead! Enjoy a broccoli bake as a great side to any dish.
