Spring has sprung and some cheerful learners are bringing smiles to town

A great gesture that Pro Nobis does every year.

Spring starts on September 22, so we are told.  However, traditionally it is marked on September 1 as the new season.  A group of cheerful Pro Nobis learners is currently going around town giving out Spring Day gifts to businesses, including the Courier.

A great gesture that Pro Nobis does every year.  It is also Casual Day but this year, Endumeni residents seem to have a let it go by.

Casual Day is a project centered around inclusion and equity for persons with disabilities.

A key goal of Casual Day is to build a society that not only embraces diversity but actively celebrates it. The Constitution of South Africa enshrines the rights of all people in our country and affirms the democratic values of human dignity, equality, and freedom.

Let us know if you are casual today!

At Caxton, we employ humans to generate daily fresh news, not AI intervention. Happy reading!
