Arty facelift for Bruntville Clinic Pharmacy entrance

Some of the pharmacy assistants were so impressed they were taking selfies in front of it the following morning

Treverton College Art Teacher Debbie Allen and grade 12 learner, Danielle Warren went out to Bruntville Clinic recently to give the entrance to the pharmacy a face lift.

To ensure the privacy of patients going to the pharmacy, a prefab wall was erected in front of the entrance, which was very ugly and unwelcoming.

Medical Officer, Dr Cathy Rogers and Pharmacy Manager Renesha Bhikraj of Bruntville Clinic approached Mrs Allen to find out if any of her art students would be willing to paint it as a community service project.

Danni Warren put up her hand and went along to the clinic with Mrs Allen and together they worked their creative magic.

Everyone at the clinic was so appreciative and love the new-look entrance. Some of the pharmacy assistants were so impressed they were taking selfies in front of it the following morning.
