Estcourt Rotary Club taking essential health services to communities

Over 200 people were registered and treated

The combined efforts of the Estcourt Rotary Club and the medical professionals from the Estcourt Provincial Hospital, contributed greatly to the success of the annual Rotary Health Days.

The three days were spent in the deep rural areas of Nkaseni, Nomoya and Nhlawe, in the Weenen District.

Men, mothers carrying children on their backs, gogos and teenagers all made good use of the services offered, i.e. blood pressure testing, sugar level testing, family planning, HIV testing and counselling and child vaccinations. Over 200 people were registered and treated.
