Shock waves travelled through social media this morning (October 25) after news that well-known municipal employee Rosheila Thomas had passed away.

Prominent public figure Rosheila Thomas served as Assistant Manager: Tourism, Museum, and Arts & Culture at Alfred Duma Local Municipality.

Her sad passing comes after a short illness.

She will be dearly missed by family, friends and the community at large.
