A break-in took place at a house in Poona Road on Tuesday (February 6).
It is alleged that the burglars gained entry from behind the house, where they broke a burglar guard gate.

The residents of the house were at work at the time. Only when they got back home did they realise with horror that their home had been broken into.
The CCTV camera system, CDs and other items were stolen.
Police are investigating a case of housebreaking and theft.
