Burglaries are continuing to plague homeowners.
The following areas fell victim to crime this weekend: Mpati, Cosmos Street, Browning Street, Union Street and Ethangeni School. Goods stolen were valued over R20 000.
A grinder, screwdrivers, laptops, an Omega amplifier, 4 GIG memory card, two Addidas takkies, TV, ladies perfume, radio, charger, and goods were taken during the burglaries. No arrests have been made in any of these cases.

“Anyone found with stolen goods or with no proof of purchase will be arrested for housebreaking and theft,” he said.
