Oh, yes, they could really afford to drive towards success at DHS

The school really made a good effort and it was an awesome day. Hopefully, DHS is in line to produce a lot more safer drivers on our roads!

Dundee High School held a fundraising drive with a difference when FedAuto arranged a ‘Drive 4 UR School programme’ shortly before the Easter holidays.
Vehicles were brought to the school by Ford’s personnel and there was a great atmosphere with boerewors rolls on the braai and lots of fun.
Philip Hawkins, Dealer Principal at FedAuto in Dundee, said, “the Drive 4 UR School programme is a Ford Motor Company initiative and simply put, is a win-win, as the school arranges as many ‘test drivers’ for the event, and we have a lot of potential clients able to drive our product and get ‘closer’ to FedAuto and our personnel. For each test drive completed (measured by the number of affidavits signed), the school earns R100, paid by the Ford Motor Company. Dundee High completed 121 drives, so one can imagine how long it would take to get that many potential clients going into any showroom in Dundee.”
