Two dead in Mpati horror crash

At least two men confirmed dead this afternoon in a horrendous collision between a truck and a light motor vehicle.

One of the bodies was decapitated.

It appears as if the NGL registered car attempted to overtake another car going up Mpati hill which resulted in a head on collision with the truck that was carrying cement.

Truck driver is uninjured but traumatised.

Traffic is backed up in the area and the police are  on the scene.Motorists are urged to approach the Mpati, near the Craigieburn turn off, with extreme caution.
