Suspect arrested for drug possession in Newcastle
The suspect appeared in the Newcastle Magistrate's Court and was denied bail, as it was determined he was already on parole for a similar offence.
Newcastle Crime Prevention A Group recently arrested a 28-year-old suspect for being in possession of 0.925 kilograms of dagga.

According to Newcastle SAPS Corporate Communications and Liaison Officer, Captain Jabulani Ncube, Warrant Officer Ramautar, Constable van der Nest and Warrant Officer Caluza were patrolling the Amajuba Area, when they apprehended and arrested the suspect.
The suspect appeared in the Newcastle Magistrate’s Court and was denied bail, as it was determined he was already on parole for a similar offence.
