Twenty-five years of excellence celebrated at Biggarsburg Primary School
Twenty-five years of quality education was celebrated at Biggarsburg Primary.
Biggarsburg primary school celebrated 25 years last week Thursday at the newly built Little Burger school hall. Miss Burger, the school principal was astonished by what the school has achieved over the years academically.
In her speech, she said that “It is so fitting to celebrate this day during Heritage month. Biggarsburg school teachers never wavered from their mission of providing quality education.” Miss Burger’s dream was to build a school hall and now seeing the walls built high and most of the building done, brought tears to her eyes as she said her speech. “We have worked selflessly at raising funds with no financial assistance over the years to build this school hall and we took a chance, the school governing body, and the school teachers persevered and now we have Little Burger Hall and we are officially opening it on September 27,” she said.
