The uThukela Cluster Commander hosted a multi-disciplinary road block on the N3 last Friday.

The road block was carried out on the South bound lane at the Tugela Toll Plaza by police officers and from different specialised units from across the Cluster.

Road Traffic Inspectorate (RTI) officers were also involved with the operation. 59 vehicles and 79 people were searched during the road block, which led to six fines being issued for various traffic-related violations.
