Stand-up comedy show leaves everyone in stitches

The play unfolded in a train-like setting and each actor had a chance to stand up in the train to speak about Madiba

Mfanafuthi Mbokazi Productions brought lots of laughter to town last Saturday afternoon (November 18) at the Cultural Centre in Murchison Street.

They put on a stand-up comedy show for the public. Comedians from Ladysmith and surrounding areas made sure that the audience was in stitches on the day.

After the stand-up comedy section, a play was performed called Istimela (The Train), which was an educational play about NelsonMandela and how he brought liberation to the people of South Africa.
