The deputy president of the African National Congress (ANC) and the country, David Mabuza, visited Ladysmith on Tuesday (January 8).
The visit saw national and provincial members of leadership attending the 107th birthday celebration gathering at Emnabithi TVET College at the Ezakheni A Campus.
Hundreds of supporters, along with officials of the municipality, were there.
Mayor Vincent Madlala and other representatives from Alfred Duma Local Municipality also graced the event with their presence.
David Mabuza spoke to the large crowd about the party’s development and encouraged people to be good leaders in the community.
