Warning: Truckers block off N3 at Van Reenen’s Pass
N3TC, RTI and police are on scene
Truck drivers have blocked off the N3 at Van Reenen’s Pass.
All lanes (both north- and southbound carriageways) have been closed off by the truckers, with no vehicles being able to pass through this evening (January 13).
At this stage, the reason for the protest is unknown. The protest action is between the Tugela Plaza and Van Reenen’s Pass.
Traffic is backed up along the highway.
N3TC, RTI and police are currently on scene.

Motorists are urged to be cautious.
Traffic will be diverted around the affected area.
