Car crashes and overturns in Marula Drive

A Chevrolet crashed and overturned in Marula Drive, Smartiesville, on Sunday (January 20).

It is believed that the driver lost control and veered off the roadway, rolling the car.

Public Safety, emergency personnel and a towing service responded to the scene.

Two people sustained slight to moderate injuries and were treated before being taken to hospital.

A large crowd of onlookers gathered at the scene to see what was going on.

The vehicle had to be towed away.
