A man has died in the vicinity of the CBD, after being shot earlier this evening.
According to sources, the man was found wounded near the NPA houses on Argyle Street, and passed away shortly afterwards. It is believed he was shot in the head at close range with a shotgun.
SAPS is currently on the hunt for the shooter, and the motive behind the brutal incident is as yet unknown. The deceased has not yet been identified by authorities.
