A massive manhunt is underway by police, for a shooter who is believed to have shot 3 people in the past 2 days.
A foreign national was gunned down minutes ago at the Debonairs delivery bay, next to Ford and Jeff’s Service Station. Minutes earlier, another foreign national was shot and injured on McKenzie Street.
