For the second time this month, protest action has caused the R103 near the Estcourt Hospital to be closed to traffic.
Protest action erupted early this morning.
Motorists are advised to use the Loskop or Wembezi off-ramps to enter or exit town.
The protesting residents took their complaints to the local municipality two weeks ago where they met with the mayor Jabulile Mbele who addressed them outside the municipal meeting and scheduled a meeting for December 30.
