Two people sustained minor injuries in a crash in Buller Street earlier this afternoon (December 14).

A BMW and Nissan were involved in a head-on collision just outside The Square shopping centre.

Public Safety, police, emergency personnel and a towing service responded to the scene.

The two injured occupants were treated at the scene by paramedics.

Public Safety officers conducted traffic control, as no vehicles could turn into Buller Street from Harrismith Road.

Both vehicles had to be towed away.
