Ladysmith KZN: Covid-19 case at Ladysmith police station

The building will be decontaminated and services will resume normally in due course

All communities serviced by Ladysmith police station are advised that this police station has been temporarily closed due to one of its members, at the Detective Unit, testing positive for Covid-19 today (Wednesday, December 23).

The Community Service Centre (CSC) will now operate from the Stock Theft building, which is not far from the station, for the convenience of the community. To access the station, the community can call 0366382597 for all emergencies and complaints, which will be attended to accordingly.

The telephone lines at the CSC will not be accessible for the duration of the closure. However, service delivery will not be hampered. The building will be decontaminated and services will resume normally at the police station in due course.

SAPS management apologises for any inconvenience that may arise from this. The Acting Station Commander, Colonel TM Mngadi, can also be contacted on 0796963491.
